PTPI Chapter Projects: Learning About "Mariposas pequenas de Leon" in Berlin

On April 16, 2015, Magrit Liepe, member of PTPI’s Berlin Chapter, presented the educational project “Mariposas pequeñas de Leon,” which she plans to implement in Leon, Nicaragua. With this project, Magrit continues her fundraising efforts for children in an educational scholarship program in Leon.These efforts are set in the framework of a city partnership between Salzburg (Austria) and Leon (Nicaragua). PTPI Chapter Project Grant: Yerevan, Armenia

Six members of PTPI Yerevan Armenia Community Chapter investigated the needs of young people in 10 different Armenian communities (Small Vedi, Byurakan, Shenik, Hrazdan, Vanadzor, Arapi, Gandzakar, Jermuk, Shaki, Martuni). The members found that each community was experiencing low youth involvement, including low employment rates. READ MORE>

Members of the Lilongwe Malawi Student Chapter went to meet fellow students at Dzaleka Refugee Camp on the 26th and 28th of September, 2013 with the aim of interacting with them. The Chapter reviewed the need for the event and potential impacts with the staff of the Command and General Staff College (CGSC). lt was determined that this event would provide lnternational Military Students at Ft.
