Boyle navigates two very different cultures within one California community in the 1990s – the Mossbachers and the Rincons – the former, Los Angeles liberals living in a newly gated hilltop community, and the latter, a Mexican couple fighting for the American Dream in a makeshift camp at the bottom of the ravine. The intersection of these two very different cultures results in comedic tragedy of misunderstanding.
Stay tuned for the next book announcement in July.
